Hi there,

Has anyone created a flow that will allow a user to be added to the Automate user list a a participant. There are features that we want to be able to use in our form but the person needs to be a participant. Therefore we want to create a workflow that the user can add themselves.

I cannot see a workflow part in the list to achieve this.

Hope someone can help

Cheers,

Jamo

Hi @Jamo,

Assuming you want to onboard users to Nintex Workflow and not Microsoft’s Power Automate, when federation is configured for your tenant, users within your domain will be automatically onboarded as a Participant when they log in.

For more information, have a read of the help documentation here: https://help.nintex.com/en-US/nwc/Content/Settings/UserManagement.htm

This applies to any authenticated Form, including task forms - users will be auto-onboarded when they log in to access the form.

Please let us know if you have any further questions,

@Jamo Please explain further with the desired intended outcome.  Help us understand what the Participant needs to accomplish?

Hi there @Sasan,

I want to create a form that uses the people picker. This can only be utilised if the employee filling the form in, is added to Automate as a participant (we have over 4,000 employees).

I am looking to have a form that a user fills in which will add them to the user list in Automate as a participant.

Hope this clarifies.

Cheers,

Jamo
