Question Regarding Certification Assignment in the Partnership Portal

Hi,

While reviewing the Partnership portal, we noticed an issue with some certifications completed by a new team member.

The certifications do not appear assigned to the new hire’s profile. Instead, they are showing as assigned to my profile as a “copy”, even though I have only completed those certifications once.

Additionally, when downloading or viewing the certifications, the name displayed on them corresponds to the new team member, not mine.

Could you please help us understand what might have happened in this case, and advise where or with whom we can request further information or support to clarify and correct this?
