Issue
When using Convert Document action to convert a file that contains an Image or Rich text, the document generated does not convert the Image but the following error may occur:
Error! Cannot read or display file.
Error! Cannot read or display file.
Resolution
- Convert Document action is based on the Word Automation Service by SharePoint that does not support Image (link or embedded).
- Use Nintex Document Generation action as an alternative action if an Image is involved to be converted.
