In some scenarios only a confirmation of a task being completed is required and not an approve reject scenario. An Assign To-Do Task action can achieve this scenario but this action does not allow for a Nintex Task Form. An Assign Flexi Task action can be configured to behave like an Assign To-Do Task and allow for the task for to be a Nintex Form.
Instructions
1. In the Nintex Workflow designer open the "Assign Flexi Task" Action configuration.
2. Under the Advanced section, enable the option: "Do not create other branches"
This Assign Flexi Task action will now have one outcome.
