Lately we received email regarding

Microsoft SharePoint Server Support Ending- Nintex Migration Action Recommended


 

I need clarification on several key points to help us plan our migration strategy:

1. Nintex Workflow for SharePoint Support Timeline:

  • Will Nintex continue to provide support for Nintex Workflow for SharePoint after July 14, 2026?
  • If yes, for how long will this support continue?
  • What level of support will be available (bug fixes, security patches, technical support)?

2. Migration Requirements:

  • Is migration to either Nintex Automation CE or K2 mandatory, or is it simply recommended?
  • What are the consequences of staying on the current platform beyond 2026?

3. Migration Process and Timeline:

  • What is the recommended timeline for completing migration?
  • Are there any migration tools or services available to assist with the transition?
  • What are the licensing implications when migrating from our current Nintex Workflow for SharePoint to K2 or CE?

4. Cost and Licensing:

  • How does the pricing model differ between our current licensing and the new platforms?
  • Are there any migration incentives or programs available?

5. Technical Compatibility:

  • What is the workflow compatibility between our current Nintex Workflow for SharePoint and the new platforms?
  • Will existing workflows require significant redevelopment?
