Workflow emails are not being received by Active Directory Groups

Issue

Workflows complete successfully, however when trying to send emails to particular Active Directory groups, the emails are never received by group members.

Resolution

Update the Active Directory group mail option from ‘Only Senders Inside My Organization’ to ‘Send Outside The Organization.’
