When trying to publish a Nintex workflow within Office 365, the workflow fails to publish and the following error occurs:

Error publishing workflow. The request message is too big. The server does not allow messages larger than 2097152 bytes.

Remove any unused actions within the workflow design.
If there are no unused actions within the workflow design, the workflow will need to be split into multiple parts.
