How to start a list workflow based on a site workflow when an item is created or modified in Nintex Workflow for Office 365.

Create a Nintex list workflow from SharePoint list.
Use 'Start Workflow' action to start the next workflow.
Create a Nintex site workflow.
Within the workflow use 'Start Workflow' action to initiate the Nintex List Workflow.
