Is it possible to create a Nintex workflow on content type hub and use it across multiple site collections?

From what I know you cannot even create a Nintex workflow on a site collection level.. So as long as Content Type Hub is a dedicated SC, I believe you are not able to achieve it with Nintex OOTB features
