Workflow Could not open in Chrome and keep on loading in IE
Does this issue still occur? Maybe it was something very temporary with your browser/ internet connection or the service itself?

Hi Tomasz,
Problem is resolved,some 3rd Party apps were cashed the site, i have removed that app from the site collection,now it is very cool
