I would like to have validation rule on a People Picker field. I have to check if the picked user has a specific Mail Domain ("@domain.com"). How can i do this. Any help is appreciated.

You can specific the People Picker field to limit to specific SPO Groups.
You may need your SPO Admin to create a Group and add users to the group.
