Hello all, New to Nintext but not to Sharepoint. Need help. I am trying to solve this problem. I want to be able to put in a user(people picker) in a SP list and then have Ninitex WF find the users Manager and then find the users managers, Manager. So put in worker and have WF find workers manager and then regional manager. I have tried to do this two ways so far. Try-1. Set variable as User, User manager and Managers Manager.

Why not find the users manager, hold that in a variable.
Then do the same Query Profile activity but for the email address, use the email of the manager (press the X next to the variable you are picking before inserting which brings up the option to choose which property).
That way you can query the managers manager.
