How do I recreate a User Defined Action on 365?
Will I need to recreate the variables and everything every time?

Hi Augusto Yamamoto, UDAs don't exist in Nintex for Office 365, so they can't be migrated. Have you seen Component Workflows for Office 365? have a look at them in our Product Blog, it may be the solution for you.
