I have a workflow that was terminated out of nowhere and I can't figure out what was the cause. We're up to over 300 requests without ever seeing this issue.
Request #256 status shows "This workflow was terminated by the SharePoint App". I've attached a screenshot of the workflow history to try and grasp exactly what went wrong. Any ideas ?
