I have tested a Nintex Mobile App from multiple devices and multiple users and it has worked. I know have one user getting this error. Any one have any ideas on what may cause the issue?  I have attached a picture.


He can log into the Nintex Mobile App on a Windows device. After logging in he does not see the forms or form categories.

Have you solved it? There have been some changes from that date, try with the last version
