Is it possible to create a Nintex workflow that starts when a new email arrives in a specified O365 group mail inbox to get the attachment into a SharePoint list?

I think you would be better off using Flow and the save attachment template, in this particular instance. Nintex doesn't have an option to start a workflow when an email arrived.

+17Felix, I would have to agree with Ben in this case. Nintex does not have an option at this time to start a workflow when an email is received in O365.
