Do we still have SQL Request action in nintex online?, some are saying its in enterprise edition if so, how to check the edition(enterprise or standard) of our current nintex forms ? Its just showing me licence type as "Subscription".

The help files have the list of controls available for Nintex Forms for O365 and as you can see the SQL Request control does not exist. The SQL Request control is an Enterprise action for Nintex Forms for On-premise.
