Schedule Task for the 2nd Tuesday of each month

This will require some creativity. 

Here is one method

• Schedule to run Weekly → on every Tuesday
• When triggered on Tuesday, check whether the Date is within 8-14 of the Month
  IF Yes → continue with the rest of the action
  IF No → Exit, Quit or Sleep

Logic Explanation:

• If 1st day of the month is on Tue, then second Tue should be on the 8th
• If 7th day of the month is on Tue, then second Tue should be on the 14th.
• Second Tuesday of the month should fall between 8th and 14th of the month
