Hi All

I have QA and production Workflow, I want to refresh workflow design, first export production workflow and import into QA. After tested on QA. Should I delete Existing Workflow in production workflow then import new workflow into Production?  It is the normal steps?

Don't delete exising workflow in produciton. If you do so, we loose the executed instances history.

You can open the worklfow in production and import the file into it. It shows there is anoter one with same name, you can check the override option.

When refresh Workflow using export and overwrite the Workflow between QA and Production Site. When checking with export file *.nwp. The Lists.xml show ListID and FieldID. Does not affect by ListID and FieldID between QA and Production List ?
