When clicking the Print to PDF button, Nintex seems to start generating the pdf, but when it tries to return the file to IE, I get a 404 page not found error.

In the address bar there is a seemingly valid address for the pdf file (https://neu-des-fol.nintexo365.net/services/NfPrintServices.svc/DownloadFile?key=PDF_8e7295c706524c7d8f7af160b97d50d2 )

In Google Chrome the pdf file downloads without problems.

Does Nintex require any special settings in Internet Explorer?

We are having the same issue with IE 11 on Windows 7, however my co-workers who are using Window 10 have no issues with printing to PDF on IE 11. Chrome works fine. I've been able to replicate this issue on two Windows 7 PC's.

Found out that Print to PDF Works on IE11/Win7 if you add the Nintex pdf generator site to trusted websites.

In my case the site is https://neu-des-fol.nintexo365.net

I have a customised  nintex form.when I print that form from I.E 11 and mozilla  windows 8 version it is printing blank form but in chrome browser it is working.

work around:

1)I have a Parent panel in which i have sub panels and controls on the form..I removed all sub panels and printed in i.e 11 but blank form got printed, then i removed parent panel(its an entire form) and placed  few labels, then it worked in i.e 11 and also in mozilla browsers .Removing the entire form is not the solution.

2)on the same site created  separate share point  list and  created a simple  nintex form and checked..there also it worked in all browsers.

Can anyone suggest workarounds or idea will be helpful.
