I have a form with our company logo in the top corner.  This form is to be printed as a pdf, then sent to an external entity.  The logo image does not show on the pdf.  I have searched other forums, and the most recent thing I found was that Nintex was aware of this as a bug, but that was several months ago.  I'm wondering if anyone has come up with a solution or workaround.

It appears from the documentation that SVG format is supported.  Convert your image to SVG and it should work.

I've tried that and am still getting the same results.  Logo appears fine on the form online, but when clicking Print to PDF, the logo appears as just a box with the alt text.

Hi David,

I am using .png format, and print pdf using the function : window.print();
it's work for me.

Hope this can help you

I figured out how to use the SVG.  Instead of just using the SVG image, I used the SVG code, with the image embeded, and it seems to be working now.

For use the "print to PDF" is not showing the images as well.

We are using responsive forms. Does it work for you guys?

I tried both Chrome and IE. For the image formats I tried SVG, PNG as well as JPG. None are successfull :smileysad:.

Thanks,

Glenda
