Office 365 upload file issue

I am trying to copy a list attachment to a document center folder and I am getting this error .

An exception occurred while processing parameter [InputFileToUpload]

The current configuration is

File to upload : Existing Sharepoint Content

/teams/test/Lists/studyprocess/Attachments/486/this is a test.doc

I also tried

/teams/test/Lists/studyprocess/Attachments/486/

https://<<tenantname>>/teams/test/Lists/studyprocess/Attachments/486/this is a test.doc

https://<<tenantname>>/teams/test/Lists/studyprocess/Attachments/486/

Destination url : https://<<tenant>>/teams/sitea/DS/

Folder Path : Testing

File Name : this is a test.doc

If I use File to Upload as Content , the file is getting corrupted.

Any help in this regard is appreciated

I used Lists/studyprocess/Attachments/486/this is a test.doc which is the actual relative site url and issue is resolved - Thx
