Office 365 Upload file -I could not make this work in my workflow .It always says that 'incorrect destination url' or 'destination url is invalid'.Please help me here .

I believe that I have given all correct inputs .Tried with giving hardcoded url as well as with site url property .I see that quite a few developers had this issue and it would be really great if any of you can detail the steps/resolution .

    Please find the above screen shot .

    I am getting atachmenturl_ new as

     /Lists/ListName/Attachments/1721/a.pdf

    AttachmentFileName as a.pdf
