Mobile form has a multi line text box.
It outputs to the sharepoint list as follows:

Nintex is aware of this issue.
If you are using Nintex Mobile from the relevant app store please update to the latest build to resolve the issue.

Hi,
Do you see this behavior on all the forms or just one form?
On what device are you seeing this behavior?
If issue happens only one one form, try re-adding the control to the Form and test.
