Nintex workflow was unable to interpret your response.

Hi All,

 

Is there any to stop the notification email "Nintex Workflow was unable to interpret your response. Please try again with a clear indication of your approval outcome?" even when approver reverts with a non-lazyApproval term?

Typically this happens when you have lazy approval turned on and it is awaiting a response. If you use Approve or Reject, those by default tend to work for the workflow unless you modified the outcomes in the workflow.
