Nintex workflow 365 emails not sending

I have a workflow (currently using the trial verison of Nintex Workflow) on SharePoint Online which sends an email to the email address property of a user in a person or group field. I have this field set to myself and strangely I seem to actually receive the email in Outlook intermittently (about 25% of the time). I have a log to workflow history action after the send email action which includes the email address used at the send email stage and it is correct. Any ideas why this could be happening?

This has now been resolved. The emails were being filtered by company Outlook settings.
