Hi,

I am using 'Nintex Sign powered by Adobe Sign' in the workflows to acquire signatures from colleagues and then upload the signed document to SharePoint document library. 

However, the audit trail which is visible in the document that is attached in the email is lost in the sharepoint document library item (which is uploaded via the Adobe sign component).

Does anyone have any solution as to how to avoid the loss of audit trail while uploading the document to sharepoint.
