Hi Ganesh,
Images and icons need to be publically available. The default behaviour of SharePoint doesn't make icons publically assessible so that's why you can't see them in your app but you can on a web form that you might browse from your internal network.
Andrew Glasser wrote an excellent blog on how to get these icons into your app. The same principles apply if you want to use these as images on the form too.
