I have added the Nintex free trial app in my site , but after adding also am not able to create any workflow using the app it's not even opening showing some error status. can you please help me out.

I think my issue is different from this ,couldn't able to open Nintex Workflow App itself in my tenant.
have added as free trail for 30 days but it's not even opening in my site. But Nintex Forms is opening and can able to work on it.
