My understanding is any site collection admin for SharePoint online site, can add and use Nintex Form/Workflow for M365 from SharePoint online store. 

Wonder if there is a way to manage that, only permitted sites and users can use Nintex? 

This issue is important to us, as it will help us to manage the usage, support and governance.
