publish in ribbion is not visible..it say publish has been disable .please find the attachment.
i think , i had already overcome this issue..it may be issue in content type , now i forgot it

@ManojKumar thanks for posting this in the community. The only time I've seen that issue is when there was a license problem, but that shouldn't be the case here.
To troubleshoot, I would say, go to a different site or site collection and a different list/library to see if you can open and publish a test form. If you are able to, then the issue may be with that specific list itself.
