Newline character missing on Webrequest action to create a file on SP document library

Which character did you use to get a new line? Have you tried with " "?

The character could be mistranslated especially if coming from some file editors. There are text files saved by some editors that only use which may not work in others. I would recommend using the HTML type and save to a Word, Text, or HTML document in the library and see the result. A CSV type file may be stripping the characters.
