New List names caused workflow to break

I changed a list name and the workflow is now giving the error:

'<Old List Name>' does not exist in web site '<site url>'

I thought that as the guid and the url stays the same, that there shouldn't be an issue.

@harfmt At what point are you getting this error, Is it on start or at a certain action?
