Nintex Community Menu Bar

Hello,

I was asked by a user if a form can somehow be shortened to 1-2 pages when printing out...there are multiple breaks in the page but is there some work around that can trim the number of pages?

I saw someone’s comment in the forum on using firefox, is this a good work around?

Thanks!

Hi @jpacheco,

If Print to PDF is not being used, then the system printing is used, which Nintex has no control over.
Using CSS can help format the printing of forms.
Do you have an example that you can provide that has this issue?

@SimonMuntz ,

Hello and sorry for the delay as I’ve been away from the office… so, not sure if the page amount can be shrunk from 6 pages to 2 or 3… see my example below. You’ll see there are 6 pages (I scrolled to last page) but can most of this be fit to a single page instead of cutting in half and print out to to a few pages instead of 6?

@SimonMuntz ,

QQ… is it possible to print a section of the form? Or is the only option to print all of what’s apart of the form? For instance, is it possible to print part 2 of the form and not part 1?

I tried printing and messing with the additional settings but it seems even though if I select certain pages, it still grabs info from the page I do not want to include..
