on-premise the multiline textbox appends but doesn't appear to in o365.
Have I missed something or is this a shortcoming of o365 nintex forms shortly to be added?

+17@julesnye can you share more about "appends"? I'm not sure I know what you mean. Or show a screenshot.
Maybe take a look at the column settings for the multi-line column in SharePoint and see if the append is selected.

thanks for the suggestion but the sharepoint column settings has been set to append and it seemed to work for maybe 3 or 4 times then it would blank out/lose the previous historical comments.
I've managed to get around it by creating a couple of extra columns and developing a workflow to feed from these into the append column which appears to work,
+17Hmm.. Maybe try making the form control a little bigger to see if that helps. Not quite sure why it would lose things, but something to thin about. Your workaround would be another ideal step also.
