I've got a form using o365 list lookup in SharePoint. This form works well for most users, however for some the list lookup does not load. It shows the loading symbol but can't retrieve any values. We've tried different browsers, and all sorts of permission settings, which made no difference. Any thoughts why this might work for most but not for some?

Have the user that is having this issue use the pc of a user that is not having the issue to see if the issue follows them. This will tell you if it is the pc or the user permissions that is causing the issue.

That's a great idea, thank you. Unfortunatley being in lock-down atm, everyone is working from home and can't swap computer access.
