When using the Nintex List Forms Online for 0365, I am getting File Not Found after entering Content Type ID and List Name/ID.  I've also tried using the List name and I also get File Not Found.

 

I was hoping someone could help me or show me what I am doing wrong. This is my first time using this web part and nintex forms.

Hi,

Try to remove the content type ID and use the actual List name and see if that helps.
Is the page and the List on the same site?

I found out that only the classic version on nintex forms works with the webpart feature. I cannot use responsive forms.
