What are the licensing restrictions for external user access who do not have o365 accounts and are not a part of the company to Nintex Forms/Workflow in o365?

Is it possible to use NINTEX Workflow und Forms for Office 365 with External Users in SharePoint Online?
Nintex Workflow is licensed per number of workflows/ forms that are created, not by the number of users having access to them, so yes, you can do that and that doesn't cost anything more. Note, that your external users must have sufficient permissions to access your site and take part in the workflow process
