In the Nintex live catalog onPrem there is an action called Office 365 Create List Item or Document Set
Add this to your farm, and it will give you the possibility to create list items in 0365.

+3Vishal Bhanage -- can you be more specific? What version of Nintex on-premise do you have? There are actions available where you could potentially connect view the SharePoint API's or something like that, but there is no specific action to push data to a SharePoint list in Office365 from on-premises.
