Your question seems to be a duplicate for:  Sorry, this app is not supported on your server.  and Cant use nintex workflow on Office 365 (e3 plan trial).

no, I didn't solve it so far.

Tried to craete a SP 2013 Workflow, and saw, that I can't uncheck the option "Block SharePoint 2013 Workflows" in the Central Admin. There are two related Posts at Microsoft, but no solution (Post #1, Post #2), maybe this is why I can't add the NW365 App?

We are experiencing this same problem and none of the listen resources have helped in our case.

In settings i do have the behaviour where if i untick

• Block SharePoint 2013 workflows

it is ticked again when i go back in but can't see how to fix that
