I updated Forms and Workflow in site collection, but it's still telling me I need to update

I updated my Nintex applications the other day. Today when I tried to create a new item in one of my lists with a form, it's still telling me I need to update..

Step 1, looking at the site collection contents:

   No update requests, all looks well.

Step 2, open the form in form editor and publish

Works fine..

Step 3, try and add a new item to the list:

Am I missing something obvious??
