I am getting the following error "Unable to find list item to update." while updating folder permission using nintex workflow. The same configuration works fine for an item or document. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The solution is: You have to select a small box which shows "Include folders" while setting permission and you will be able to set permissions for the folders.
