How to restrict user from entering spanish characters in repeating section on UI

I am having one repeating section in my form as below:

I need to restrict user from entering spanish characters such as " ¶§&'><ÇüéâäàåçêëèïîìÄÅÉæÆôöòûùÿÖÜ¢£¥áíóúñѪº¿¬½¼¡«»ßµ±÷°·²¤¦§¨©®¯³´¸¹¼½¾¿ÀÁÂÃÇÈÊËÌÍÎÏÐÑÒÓ " on UI itself. Is there any way to achieve this?
