How to log the approver of a Task

I have a workflow that maps a process where there are multiple teams that approve in parallel based on a certain criteria. My problem is that I need to log who is the approver of each task (since it is assigned to a team and who ever is available finished the task) to help in auditing if a mistake went wrong..

Hi ‌, can you confirm which version of Nintex this workflow was built on?

Hi

I do this regularly now so let me know if this is still an issue.  Incidentally, I display the current logged in user on  the task form but as I can't 'write this back"  I have to look up on the workflow task.
