When my workflow sends out notifications, it sends them to people's "Other" folders in Outlook. Is there a way to get the notifications to always go to "Focused", without having each person configure their Outlook

Unfortunately Nintex has no control over which folder an email will arrive into. This would be configured by the exchange server or as you advised on an individual basis configured in Outlook unless of course the company has group policy where this may be able to be configured,
