How to block edit document on sharepoint online list. All the users have “Contribute” access as anyone can create and modify documents in the list. Problem: 1. After approved by the approver the attached document (Word file) shouldn´t be available as edit mode anymore. It should be read only mode. For some reason, even if I set Nintex to make the attachment field as read mode or disabled, the users are still able open the document make changes and save. But it shouldn’t be allowed. How to proceed?
