How is K2 Samart Action enable reply on E-mail but Disable to see Action on Worklist without open Form only (Action Visibility is disable?)

I have just tried reproducing this. Please see below.
Reject should not be possible via SmartActions or from the worklist.
This is the email I received
I did this using K2 cloud.
What version of K2 are you using?
Also remember that a workflow will continue to execute in the definition it was started in.
