How do I display warning if form is being filled (prior to submit) out after a specific time

I have a nintex form in O365.  I would like a text box to appear with a warning if the user is filling the form out after 6pm.

Hello Simon,   Your link gave me the hints I needed.   I used a text box with a rule pictured below. It effectively shows the alert untill midnight.  Which is just fine for my needs.
