I have developed a New Responsive form and have added 2 drop down and 3 text fields. I would like to hide the Submit button until all data has been entered. Is there a way to hide or disable the Submit button until all data has been entered?

@HB There is currently no way to hide the submit button. Usually to stop people submitting submit rules and required fields are used to stop submission. If you would like to suggest this feature you can do so on uservoice(https://nintex.uservoice.com).
