Having Repeating section as a table in New Responsive Nintex forms

Hi there,

I want to create a repeating section with multiple columns using the New Responsive Nintex forms as shown in the screenshot below.

Please advise how I may achieve this.

You could add two repeating sections to your form, one for risks and one for issues.

In each section put two text boxes for the risk/issue name and the mitigation text.
